As VVK’s Chief Marketing Officer and founding partner, Jamie spearheads the digital marketing practice, fosters talent development, and contributes impactful strategy and content agencywide.

Before co-founding VVK, Jamie served as the Creative Services and Programming Director at WDIV-Local 4, leading a team of 35 innovators in marketing, production, and digital content creation. During her broadcasting career, she produced over 50 programs and led projects such as the nationally syndicated “America’s Thanksgiving Parade,” “Flashpoint,” and “Ford Fireworks.”  In between two stints at WDIV-Local 4, she took a travel sabbatical and then co-founded the video production company Velocity Cow with Mike Sherman.

A University of Michigan alum, Jamie’s accolades include Crain’s Detroit Business “40 under Forty” and “Notable Leaders in Marketing,” The Michigan Chronicle’s “Woman of Excellence,” multiple Emmy Awards and the Silver Circle Award from the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences (Michigan chapter). A devoted resident of Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood, Jamie serves on the board of Detroit Public Theatre and is raising two delightful children.
