We are thrilled to announce that Michelle Oliver is joining VVK PR + Creative as our new Senior Producer! Michelle brings over a decade of experience as a multi-media journalist (MMJ) on the award-winning show Live in the D. Her extensive background, talent, and hard work make her a valuable addition to our team. I had the pleasure of working with her at WDIV and I’m truly excited to work with her again.

An Impressive Track Record

Michelle’s career as an MMJ is nothing short of impressive. She ideates, writes, shoots, edits, and is often the on-air talent for the segments she produces. Her multifaceted skill set has made her a standout in the industry.  I had the pleasure of working with her at WDIV where she authored a newsletter with more than 35,000 subscribers.

Known as “The Food Lady”

In Detroit, Michelle is affectionately known as “the food lady.” She has profiled over 300 local restaurants on her popular series Dine in the D, showcasing different eateries every Friday. But her talents don’t stop there. Michelle produces features, runs live camera in the field, books in-studio segments, co-hosts the show, fills in as the morning news traffic reporter, and works with clients on sales-integrated content.

Ready for a New Adventure at VVK

Michelle is ready for her next adventure, and she believes VVK is the perfect fit. We couldn’t agree more. As our Senior Producer, she will be creating video content with our talented production team and enhancing our social media service line with her video expertise. Her creative ideas for broadcast media segments will also be a valuable asset to our team.

Michelle is a proud Michigander, having graduated from Michigan State University’s Honors College. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Michelle to VVK PR + Creative.
